About these incredible professionals...

Scott McFetters '85

Scott McFetters is the Founder and President of CoreTech, an independent technology and equipment lessor based in Newport Beach, California. Scott has been a highly regarded leader in leasing and financing strategies for nearly three decades. He successfully launched CoreTech nearly 15 years ago and has achieved building one of the industry’s most trusted independent technology and equipment lessors spanning multiple verticals including legal, education, manufacturing, medical and other industries.

Scott pledged Beta Phi Sigma Chi his freshman year at The University of Arizona and was very active in intramurals, IFC, social and fundraising activities such as Derby Days, including an epic stint as Activities Chairman before going on to a very successful sales career. When Scott founded CoreTech in 2008, he instilled in his company the same ideals he learned from the Sigma Chi Fraternity: Friendship, justice, and learning. Core values such as courage, wisdom, integrity, high ambition, self-control, courtesy, and fidelity were also included.

 

Ryan Parker '01

Ryan is a results-driven sales leader with over 12 years of medical device sales experience and 17 years of total, post-graduate professional sales experience. As the Specialty Sales Manager for Intuitive Surgical, he provides clinical support during surgeries, trains colorectal and thoracic surgeons and their teams in surgical robotic technology, and manages two teams of clinical representatives with annual business revenue of $25 million.

He's proud that five fellow brothers were his groomsmen at his wedding and still connects with many Beta Phis to this day. He served the chapter as Social Chair and Rush Captain, played for the U of A's Mens' Club Soccer Team, and was a Sports Marketing Association member. He earned his bachelor's in Regional Development with a Minor in Business. Today, he currently serves on the Beta Phi Education Board.
