The Sigma Chi Building Company is responsible for leasing the Sigma Chi Fraternity house to the undergraduate chapter. The fraternity house is located at 1510 E First St. on the University of Arizona’s fraternity and sorority row. The house is a state of the art facility with individual living quarters, meeting spaces, study rooms, a dining hall and an enclosed courtyard for social events.
