About these incredible professionals...
Matthew Franklin '85Matt is a results oriented leader, passionate about meeting the needs of customers and developing people. His experiences in sales, marketing, distribution, and operations in Japan and the U.S. give him a unique perspective on shared value for all business stakeholders. As the Director of Global Product Management and Marketing for Cummins Inc. in Indianapolis, IN, he leads a terrific team of professionals who manage a billion dollar global product portfolio. His team is responsible for product management, product planning, new product program management, demand forecasting, promotion, price and channel management.
Matt earned a Bachelor's in Economics and Japanese at the University of Arizona before earning a MBA in International Management at Purdue University.
Flemming Sanderson '92Fleming has 25 years of business and technology consulting experience, 16 of them with Point B, where he serves as Senior Management Consultant. Point B is a management consulting firm of accomplished business leaders with a passion for transforming its clients’ strategy into reality.
Flemming's demonstrated leadership and dependability has impacted several industries including utilities, healthcare, retail, financial services, travel services, insurance, arts & entertainment, and higher education. Prior to joining Point B, he was a manager for Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young) as well as a senior project manager for a technology company focused on web portals.
Flemming earned a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona, where he was a member of the lacrosse team.
