Brother Lowell Clinton Bailey Enters Chapter Eternal

Phoenix – Lowell Clinton Bailey Jr., age 94, was born June 27, 1927 in Tucson, AZ to Lowell C. "Ted" Bailey Sr. and Marie L. Cloud Bailey. He married Marilyn Michaels of Bisbee in 1950. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn, and son, Kenneth, and survived by his wife, Joannie, his children Katherine, Christopher (Roberta) and Patrick (Christi); grandchildren - Sherrana, Robert, Kayla, Christopher, Sarah and 8 great grandchildren. He graduated from the U of A in 1950 and obtained his Masters Degree from ASU. Lowell taught and coached in Phoenix schools and at Phoenix College, and was fondly known as Coach Bailey. He had a love for the outdoors and hiked many trails over the State of Arizona. In retirement he volunteered at the Desert Botanical Garden, Visiting Nurses, and established the Award Winning Beatitudes Community Garden, after moving to the Beatitudes Campus. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 beginning at 2:00 pm at the Beatitudes Campus of Care. Donations may be made to the Beatitudes Foundation.
